What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available from 3pm to 11:30pm EST, and check-out time is 11am EST.
Are there any fees for early check-in or late check-out?
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to a charge of $15 per hour. Checking out after 4pm incurs a full day's room charge.
What is the minimum age for booking a room?
Guests must be 18 years or older to book a room.
Does the hotel offer parking?
Discounted parking is offered at Meyers Parking, located at 324W, 35 Street, New York, NY 1001. Rates are $55 per day for standard vehicles and $65 per day for larger vehicles. Guests can purchase parking tickets from the hotel front desk or directly from the parking attendants.
Is there an airport shuttle service available?
Direct transportation to/from the airport is not available, but shuttle rates can be checked with our recommended shared van company at www.Goairlink.com.
Can the hotel store luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Luggage storage services are available upon check-in or at check-out.
What is the hotel's cancellation policy?
Rates labeled as non-refundable are final and cannot be refunded. Other bookings may be canceled without penalty until 3:00 pm on the day prior to arrival, with the exception of group reservations.
Are there any additional amenities available, and what are their charges?
Microwaves, roll-away beds, and cribs are available for an additional charge. All guest rooms are equipped with small safes, Keurig coffee machines, and mini refrigerators.
Is there a fitness room on-site?
A fitness room is available 24/7 for guests.
What is the pet policy at the hotel?
A pet fee of $50.00 per day is applicable.
What are incidental charges?
An incidental charge of $150 per stay is authorized at check-in.
Is smoking allowed in the guest rooms?
Only non-smoking guest rooms are available. A smoking penalty applies.
What are the food and beverage options and their hours of operation?
Breakfast: 7am - 10pm
Breakfast charges: $20 per adult, $15 per child. Children up to age six eat free.
Bar: 3pm - 11pm (Sunday- Thursday), 3pm - 1am (Friday- Saturday)
Restaurant: 3pm - 10: 30pm

What is the policy for credit card payments?
The credit card holder needs to be present at check-in, or a credit card authorization form is required.
