How much are incidentals charge?
Incidentals charge is $200 per stay.
What is check-in & check-out?
Our check-in time is 3 pm EST and our check-out time is 11:00 am EST. Early arrival is $50 and late check out begins at $75. Please contact the front desk for availability.
Do you offer rollaway beds?
We have a limited number of rollaway beds available at an extra charge of $25 per night+ 8.75% tax. Cribs are available complimentary based on availability.
Do you allow smoking in the room?
We have 100% NON SMOKING environment. There is a $250 smoking penalty.
Do your rooms have a refrigerator?
All hotel rooms have a safe and Keurig coffee machine. Refrigerators are limited.
Do you offer onsite parking?
Discount parking is available at Meyers Parking 323 W 35 St. $55 for SUV and $45 for sedans. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Do you have a fitness center onsite?
Our fitness room is available 24/7 in the lobby; turn left on the registration desk.
Do you accept guest packages?
Limited space is available for guest packages 2 per room. Received no more than 2 days prior to arrival and no more than 35lbs. All additional packages will be charged a storage fee per day.
Do you have event space?
Meetings & Event Space, is available for 20 and up to 50 people from 253sf to 815sf; additional options include banquets and platters. Inquire on the meeting page or email us at email@example.com
Do we have a roof-top?
We have a 15th-floor event space 815sf with a view of the Empire State ideal for seasonal gatherings.
Do you have luggage storage room?
We do not have luggage storage room at the property. Due to security ,luggage cannot be left unattended or stored at the property.
